Hockey for Heroes are pleased to announce an exciting new partnership with Fortitude Hockey. Fortitude is a leading UK based field hockey goalkeeper coaching school.

Goalies are often said to be a rare breed and slightly misunderstood. While this can be true it doesn't mean they should be neglected. Fortitude goalie coaching has been developed to ensure this is no longer the case by specialising in the position.
The aim is to help the next generation of goalkeepers and coaches by specialising and spreading what we know with the wider hockey community. They do this by working passionately, constantly learning and sharing our practices with others.

Fortitude coach in the UK mostly in schools and clubs running programmes to ensure both goalkeepers and coaches benefit from improved knowledge. They are based in South East England and our reach extends throughout the UK. In Belgium they work closely with many of the top clubs with a team of expert coaches delivering high quality coaching.
They have developed our coaching from decades of experience, personal development, working with the worlds best goalkeepers and coaches, experimenting with new ideas based on sound knowledge of skill acquisition and lots of sharing.
